The staff was very good and fast. the hotel is situated next to a subway station in a great area. - the room had numerous balconies and lamps, along with a nice bathroom.

They offered us brand-new and good looking rooms with very large shower and very comfortable beds and a "complimentary " bottle of champagne which was actually a bottle of red wine. The property was in the middle of the city.

Also, the location is marvellous and brilliant, minutes from Rockefeller Center. Exceptionally comfortable bed, fancy room that has a nice bathroom.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an excellent location for 5 nights. The staff, especially Mr. Jesus Roldan, were extremely helpful and provided detailed information about nearby restaurants and addresses. The hotel had a nice decor with a black motif throughout, giving it a modern and unique feel. The rooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was great, ensuring a clean and pleasant stay.
